HISTORY

2000

Company founded under the name “Complysite,” reflecting its initial focus on providing a platform and learning content for compliance and safety training.

2003

Company achieved profitability.

2004

A pivotal year. The company takes new name, Intellum, and adds LMS functionality for general corporate training. The company wins one of its largest clients to date, Allied Barton Security Services (now Allied Universal). Allied Universal, named one of the Training 125 in 2012, remains a client today.

2008

Intellum partners with Valiant, a leading provider of payroll and scheduling software. Integration gives Valiant customers the ability to automatically set up and enroll employees in Intellum’s LMS.

2009

LMS expands its ability to manage a wide range of informal learning, including video files. Customers can now upload a broad variety of non-traditional content, create blogs and forums, and schedule training assets.

2010

Launch of Coca Cola Bottlers Association’s learning initiative. The critical anti-trust training, required of all bottlers, included custom courseware developed by Intellum and managed by the company’s LMS.

2012

Intellum starts the year with over 400 customer companies and delivers more than 4,000,000 course completions during the year.

2013

Intellum brings on flagship clients Cricket Wireless, McDonald's and NASCAR.

2014

Rebranding of Intellum and the launch of Tribe Social.

2015

Intellum delivers Facebook Blueprint and Google sales training projects.
